LASCYVIA is a heavy metal band with many different influences in their music, so it is difficult to say about their songs and musics. But the result is a truly heavy metal sound.

The current line-up is Clarissa Moraes (vocals) Fellipe Russo (guitars), Greg Szalontai (guitars), Danilo Ribeiro (bass), Marcos Fontes (keyboards) and Iuri Barboni (drums).

LASCYVIA appeared in 2006 in the city of Sao Paulo, Brazil, working in the underground scene of clubs playing cover songs. The original line-up had Clarissa Moraes on and Douglas Moreira on keyboards. With a lot of shows, the bandLASCYVIA stood in metal scene of Sao Paulo and was on course to chart its future, but problems arose and stopped the activity of the band for several months between 2008 and 2009. At the end of 2008, LASCYVIA decided not to act as a cover band and devote himself to his own style and sound.

Since early 2010, the band is in pre-production of its first EP, and is currently moving into recording the first tracks of this EP to be launched one by one here on MySpace and later, on CD.

A new beginning and a new life is coming. We know and we are going through all the difficulties that a band can go, but we'll move on, facing each day to overcome it!
